Central hydropower firm allowed to offer 51m shares

State Securities Commission (SSC) on March 8 approved Central Hydropower Joint Stock Co (CHP) to offer 51,115,429 ordinary shares at the face value of 10,000 dong per share to the public in two phases under the consultancy of Saigon Securities Inc (SSI).
Of which, in the first phase, the company will sell 25,557,714 shares to the investors and another 25,557,714 shares will be offered in the second stage.

The company must carry out the share issuance within 90 days as of being licensed.

At present, the company has a chartered capital of 1.2 trillion dong with headquarters in Da Nang industrial zone, Son Tra Dist in the central coastal city of Da Nang.
