VFM registers to trade big share volume

The fund managers under Vietnam Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Co, such as VFM, VF1, VF2 and VF4 have registered to both sell and buy a big volume of shares coded SJS, NTL and LSS for next two months between March 8 and May 8, 2010.

In details, as for SJS share code, VFM registered to buy 3,000 shares and sell 7,500 shares, bringing the fund’s ownership cap in SJS from 4,500 shares to zero. VF1 buys two million shares and sells one million shares, marking the net purchase of one million shares and lifting VF1’s holding size in SJS from 2,755,200 shares or 3.44% to 3,755,200 shares or 4.69%. VF2 buy 600,000 and sell 400,000 shares.

As for LSS of Lam Son Sugar and Sugarcane Joint Stock Co, VF1 bids to buy 500,000 and sell 800,000 shares or reduces ownership ratio from 2.83% to 1.82%, VF2 buy 600,000 and sell 600,000 LSS coded shares, maintaining its cap in LSS at 2.57% or 758,920 shares.
