House Vietnam to pay 12pct dividend

Vietnam House Joint Stock Co (House Vietnam) recently announced that the company will close the shareholders book on March 15 to pay 2009 dividend.

According, the company will pay 12 percent dividend in cash.
The ex-interest date is on March 11.

The payment date is from March 23.

In 2009, House Vietnam earned 109.51 billion dong of revenue from sales and service provision, increasing 196.29 percent against 2008's figure and 21.36 billion dong of after tax profit, over 17 fold increase year-on-year with EPS of 2,005 dong per share.

In 2010, the company targets to reach 203 billion dong of revenue, 50.3 billion dong of profit and 15 percent dividend.
