Sametel gains 4.2b dong profit in 2009

Sam Cuong Material Electric & Telecom Corp (Sametel) has recently announced audited fiscal report in 2009 with 45.81 billion dong of revenue from sales and service provision, up 34.18 percent year-on-year and 4.2 billion dong of after tax profit increasing 70.73 percent against previous year's figure with EPS of 1,681 dong per share.

At the same time, the company announced to organise annual shareholders' meeting on April 9 at the company's headquarters at No 1, Long Thanh industrial zone, in the southern province of Dong Nai.

The company has a chartered capital of 25 billion dong.
The company has already closed the list of shareholders since the end of 2009 to deposit and register to trade shares on the stock market.
