HHC offers shares to increase chartered capital to over 82b dong

Hai Ha Confectionary Joint Stock Co (coded HHC) targets to reach 2010 total revenue of 485 billion dong, up 5 percent year-on-year, and profit after tax of 18.75 billion dong, down 7 percent against that of 2009 at 20.3 billion dong.

The company also plans to increase chartered capital from 54.75 billion dong to 82.12 billion dong via offering additional 2.737 million shares to existing shareholders at a ratio of 2:1. The applied share price would be calculated at 70 percent of the average price of ten trading sessions before the date of closing the shareholders list.

The company was expected to pay 2010 dividend at 12 percent.
This year, the company would move its current confectionary factory in Hanoi to the new one to be built in VSIP Bac Ninh industrial zone.
