Song Da Corp will withdraw its contributed capital from Song Da 8 Joint Stock Co from March 18, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) yesterday announced.
The corporation will transfer all 1,438,700 SD8 coded shares or 51.38 percent of SD8's chartered capital between March 18 and April 18, 2010 with the average price of 23,400 dong per share.
