PVX buys 6m PSB shares

PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVX) bought six million shares of Sao Mai - Ben Dinh Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company (PSB), equivalent to 12 percent of PSB's capital on August 18.

These shares are being reported to have been sold by the biggest shareholder of PSB, PetroVietnam Finance Corporation (PVFC). In details, PVFC registered to sell all 11 million shares, equalling to 22 percent of PSB's chartered capital in the period of August 6 to October 6.

After the trading session, PVX owns 6.156946 shares or 12.31 percent of PSB's capital. Other big shareholders of the company are PTSC (20.05 percent PSB capital), Vinalines (10.18 percent), PVI (2.55 percent), GPBank (3.4 percent).

The company now has 500 billion dong of chartered capital and has gone public on UPCoM on February 25, 2010.
