Goods have already been exported, but due to some reasons, these goods that forcedly have to be re-imported in Vietnam could not be subject to import duty.
Under an official letter on August 18, businesses have to enclose the customs declaration of re-import goods in the procedures (not paying import duty) to customs agencies, of which they have to calculate import duty for the lot of re-imported goods and explain the reason why they re-import this lot of goods, number, date of their customs declaration.
