No land tax refund for land granted to state
According to Official Letter 120 TCT/TS dated January 12, 2005 by the General Department of Taxation, if businesses voluntarily donates land to the state and the businesses has already paid land use rights tax for this donated land, such a businesses will not be refunded the paid up land tax.
