NTT to list about 6m shares on HNX

Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has given its nod to Ninh Thuan Water Supplying Joint Stock Co (coded NNT) to list 5.9 million shares on the northern bourse.

The company was established in 1992 under the decision No 597 QD/UB-NT with the transaction name of Niwaco with chartered capital of 59.27 billion dong, of which the Ninh Thuan Province People’s Committee kept 91.09 percent of total stake.

In the latest annual general meeting (AGM), the company’s shareholders have approved the 2012 year plan with total revenue of 78.9 billion dong, after tax profit of 2.18 billion dong. In addition, Niwaco plans to raise chartered capital by 27 billion dong to 86.3 billion dong in the near future.
