OceanBank launches mortgage lending on valuable papers

Ocean Commercial Joint Stock Bank or OceanBank launched the service of mortgage lending on valuable papers issued by other institutions.

The lending limit of the programme is up to 90 percent of total value of valuable papers if the currency of loans is different from that of valuable papers and 70 percent if the currency of loans is the same of valuable papers.

Convertible forex rate to define the currency of loans is fixed by OceanBank in the debt receiving time.

The lending time is as long as the remaining mature of valuable papers but no longer than 12 months.
