Package firm issues 490,000 shares to current employees

My Chau Printing and Packaging Joint Stock Co (coded MCP) announced to issue 490,000 shares to offer for the current employees.

Accordingly, the company would issue the fore-mentioned shares at price of 10,000 dong per share to current employees, using the list approved by the management board. In case, there are shares left unallocated, the management board would offer shares to other staff that are included in the list of purchasing ESOP shares.

The employees can register and make deposit for purchasing shares within the period from November 1 to 30. The additional shares will be listed on the southern bourse in Q4.
