Paint firm to pay dividend at 3pct

A Dong Paint Stock Company (ADP) announced September 22 as ex-dividend date and September 24 as latest record date to close the shareholders’ list for advancing dividend and bonus shares.

According the firm’s announcement, ADP will pay 2009 third round cash dividend at three percent, starting October 11 and bonus shares at 25:7 ratio.

The paint firm earned about 131 billion dong in revenue, meeting 53.47 percent of the year plan, 9.09 billion profit after tax, fulfilling 63.81 percent year plan. The company now has 50 billion dong of chartered capital.
