Penalties for overprinting invoices

Businesses have to making invoices self-printing registration with tax agencies and only are allowed to print and use the amount of invoices that they have registered.
Under Official Letter 1322 TCT/PCCS dated May 06, 2005 of the General Department of Taxation, if businesses print invoices more than the number of invoices registered with tax agencies, the unused invoices will be revoked, and they will be administratively penalised.
