Pha Lai Thermo Power Plant to issue bonus shares

Listed firm Pha Lai Thermo Power Joint Stock Co announced plans to issue 15.535 million bonus shares to existing shareholders at a ratio of one new share for each 20 shares held and the date to close the shareholders book to receive the bonus shares is May 15.

In addition, the company reported that last year it reached 3.607 trillion dong in revenue and 979.339 billion dong in after-tax profit.

The company targets to reach 3.395 trillion dong in revenue, 609.010 billion dong in after-tax profit and a minimum dividend of 13% in 2007.

After the session yesterday May 14 closed, the price of PPC coded shares rose by 2,500 dong to 72,500 dong per share with over 330,260 shares changing hands.
