Phu Tho Book and Educational Equipment Co to hold share auction

Phu Tho Book and Educational Equipment announced to hold a share auction of 91,131 shares on October 23 at the company’s head office at No 944 Hung Vuong Boulevard, Tho Son Ward, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho province.

The company’s chartered capital was estimated at 1.7 billion dong. In 2009, the company targeted to gain 2009 revenue of 18 billion dong and profit after tax of 2.2 billion dong.

As a small-scaled company, Phu Tho Book and Educational Equipment Co had much financial difficulty due to high debt interest rate last year.
