Procedures for civil court verdict enforcement

The government issued Decree 173/ND-CP dated September 30, 2004 regulating administrative procedures, coercion tasks and administrative breaches resettlement on the enforcement of civil court verdicts.
This decree that has six chapters, 36 clauses is to replace Decree 69/ND-CP dated October 18, 2004 on civil court verdicts implementation procedures.
The contents written in this decree regulates specifically some clauses of the Civil Court Verdicts Enforcement Ordinance on administrative procedures, enforcement tasks and settlement of administrative breaches including transfer of court verdicts implementation powers and responsibilities; financial aid for the implementation of court verdicts; agreements, requests, time and practical conditions of court verdicts enforcement; coercive measures and fees of court verdicts enforcement; procedures and powers of breaches resolution in the enforcement of civil court verdicts and others clauses.
Based on this decree, administrative breaches in the enforcement of civil court verdicts will be fined from 50,000 dong to one million dong.
