Provincial people’s committees allowed to adjust land prices

The government in the near future will issue a decree on measures to assess prices and price frame for lands of all kinds. According to Official Letter 10793/TC-QLG dated September 2, 2004 by the Ministry of Finance, provincial people’s committees are allowed to decide land prices which, however, are not 20% higher than the maximum regulated prices or are not 20% lower than the minimum regulated prices of the same land.
