Provincial people’s committees to authorise machinery liquidation of FIEs

As regulated, foreign invested enterprises wishing to liquidate machineries, equipment, transport vehicles, materials must ask permission from the trade ministry. However, based on Decision 0028/2005/QD-BTM dated January 7, 2005 by the Ministry of Trade, in the near future provincial people’s committees will be authorised to approve liquidation of machineries, equipment, transport vehicles, materials of FIEs.
