PSI: Announces 2012 AGM Resolution

PetroVietnam Securities Incorporated (PSI) announces the resolution of 2012 annual general meeting (AGM) with the following contents

The company targets a net profit of VND3.4 billion on revenue of VND59 billion and a dividend payout at VND1,600/share in 2012.

The firm reported VND3.39 billion net profit on VND54.6 billion revenue and a dividend payout at VND1,600/share in 2011.
