PTSC gets approval for offering over 99m shares

The State Securities Commission (SSC) yesterday officially issued the Certificate for offering shares to public No 741/UBCK-GCN for PetroVietnam Technical Services Joint Stock Corp (PTSC).

Accordingly, the company was allowed to offer 99,401,715 shares for existing shareholders at price of 10,000 dong per share, bringing in total share value of over 994 billion dong.

At present, the company has chartered capital of 1.988 trillion dong. PTSC’s head office was located at Floor 5, PetroVietnam Tower, No 1-5 Le Duan St, Ben Nghe Ward, Dist1, HCM City.
