The State Securities Commission recently sent an official letter to public companies about information disclosure.

Under it, before April 23, public companies must announce their fiscal reports via three consecutive editions of one central newspaper and one newspaper of the province or city where that company’s headquarters locate or via SSC’s media.

Public companies also must announce extraordinary information on publications, their and SSC’s websites and must detail reasons, plans and measures to deal with those troubles (if any).

The information disclosure must be carried out within 24 hours from receiving SSC’s requirement.
