PV Drilling signs three important contracts

The PetroVietnam Drilling and Well Services, under Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) recently signed three large-scale contracts on November 19 in Vung Tau City.

In details, the company has signed a contract for providing long-term services of PV Drilling 3 derrick for Vietsovpetro Joint Venture and for providing TAD oil derrick for Bien Dong Petroleum Co as soon as this derrick is finished its instalment works.

The third project was a business cooperation contract (BCC) for the investment and trading of TAD derrick among the capital contributors of PetroVietnam. PV Drilling and Ocean Bank.

It’s said that the two derrick services would take effect for long time. Up to 2010 and the following years, PV Drilling’s business effectiveness will be improved significantly. These three newly signed contracts are one part of PV Drilling’s long-term development strategy.
