PVFC Land expects to list shares on HNX in mid-Nov

PetroVietnam Financial Real Estate Joint Stock Co announced that Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has lately approved for the company to list 50 million shares on the northern floor. The debut session was expected on November 17, 2010.

PVFC Land was the member company under PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corp (coded PVX), with main business lines of investing and trading real estates.

At present, the company was carrying out projects in Hanoi such as Dolphin Plaza (including supermarket, offices and apartment), 106 Tran Quang khai Tower and Duc Giang PetroVietnam urban area; and in HCM City of Dragon PVFC Land Complex and Huynh Tan Phat residential quarter.
