PVV: February 22 as Ex-date for 2012 AGM

Vinaconex-PVC Construction Investment JSC (PVV) announces February 22 as ex-date and February 24 as record date for 2012 annual general meeting (AGM).

The company will announce the time and venue of the meeting later. The meeting will pass 2007-2011 business results, operation reports of Board of Supervisors, Board of directors in 2007-2011 period, 2012 business plan, 2011 profit distribution plan and other contents.
