QCG to list over 60m shares on August

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange agreed first listing and trading date of Quoc Cuong-Gia Lai JSC (coded QCG) with over 60 million shares at the reference price of 42,500 dong per share (+-20%) on August 9.

Located in Nguyen Chi Thanh, Tra Ba ward, Pleiku city, Gia Lai province, the company has chartered capital of over 601 billion dong and operates in the fields of real estate, hydropower investment.

In May 2010, the firm gave bonus shares’ dividend at ratio of 2:1 to raise its chartered capital to 601 billion dong at present. OTC price of Quoc Cuong-Gia Lai swung between 48,000 to 49,000 dong per share during recent month.
