Que Huong Liberty to issue 8m shares

Que Huong Liberty Joint Stock Co recently announced that it would issue eight million shares to hike chartered capital from 240 billion dong to 320 billion dong.

As planned, the company would offer six million shares priced at 20,000 dong/share for shareholders in the shareholders book, which will be closed on September 3, 4:1, 500,000 shares will be offered to the company’s staff with the price of 25,000 dong/share and 1.5 million shares will be issued to the strategic partners with the price of 35,000 dong/share.

The company expects to raise some 185 billion dong from the share issuance to build Que Huong 1 hotel under the four star standard.
