Regulations on registration fees for auctioned land use right

Registration fees for auctioned assets will be based on bid winning price. However, if auctioned assets are land use right and bid winners do not declare registration fees immediately right after the auction, thus the bid winning price later is lower than land price regulated at the time when registration fees is declared, registration fees will be based on land prices regulated by provincial people’s committee at the time when registration fees is declared.
