Requirements on CEPT for imported goods of Thai origin

Imported goods of Thai origin will be applied common effective preferential tariff (CEPT) if meeting following requirements: belonging to a list of goods and tariff rates of Vietnam enclosed Decree 48/2005/ND-CP; being imported and transported directly from Thailand into Vietnam based on a direct transport principle; holding certificates of origins D form issued by Thai relevant agency and being entitled to import customs declaration forms registered with the customs agency from April 1, 2005 until December 31, 2007.
