Responsibilities and powers of the transport inspectorate

The Ministry of Transport and Communications has signed five decisions including Decision 01/QD-BGTVT, Decision 02/QD-BGTVT, Decision 03/QD-BGTVT, Decision 04/QD-BGTVT and Decision 05/QD-BGTVT regulating responsibilities, powers and the organisation and operation of the inspectorate and subordinate inspection agencies for the departments of railway, waterway, airlines, maritime and road in Vietnam.
This decision notes responsibilities and powers of the chief inspector of the inspectorate and organisation tasks and regulations of subordinate inspection agencies as well.
