Right to request ban on imported goods that violate IPR

Under Circular 129/2004/TTLT/BTC-BKHCN dated December 29, 2004 by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Science and Technology, intellectual property owners of imported and exported goods have the right to ask customs agencies to prevent import and export of goods which violate IPR regulations.
