Rubber Finance Co holds 51pct of capital in Rubber Securities Co

The chair of State Securities Commission (SSC) has lately issued the decision No 237/QD-UBCK dated March 14, 2011 approving for changes in holdings rates of over 10 percent in Rubber Securities Co.

In details, Vietnam Rubber Industry Group holds 1.6 million ordinary shares of the Rubber Securities Co, equivalent to 40 percent of chartered capital. The group will transfer all the holdings to the Rubber Finance one-member Co Ltd that previously owned 440,000 shares or 11 percent of total holdings of the securities firm.

After the transaction, the Rubber Finance one member Co Ltd will keep 20.44 million shares, accounting for 51 percent of total chartered capital of the Rubber Securities Co.
