Rules against offshore bank accounts

Presently, opening and using bank accounts abroad is very restrictive and only applied for some certain cases. According to Decree 202/2004/ND-CP dated December 10, 2004 by the Office of the Government, in case businesses intentionally open and use accounts abroad without permission from the government, they will be fined up to 20 million dong.
