S33 to issue 2.78m shares

Vietnam Securities Depository Centre (VSD) has announced the share issuance and annual general meeting (AGM) of Sugar and Sugarcane 333 Joint Stock Co (coded S33).

Accordingly, the ex-interest date will be on June 19 and the registration deadline is on June 21.

S33 will issue 2.78 million shares priced at 10,000 dong per share, at the ratio of 2:1.

In addition, the company will organise AGM 2012 on July 12.

In 2012, the company targets to gain 35 billion dong profit.
