Sacombank to issue 168m shares

Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank-coded STB) has a plan to issue 168.57 million shares for 2011′s dividend payment.

Sacombank will issue 136.4 million of shares for dividend payment in 2011 for current shareholders at a rate of 14%. At the same time, it will offer 32.22 million shares to its key managers under the rate of 3 percent with the price of 10,000 dong per share.

It is said that issuing preferred share for important managers of Administrating – Managing – Controlling departments of Sacombank were passed by 2012 annual shareholders’ meeting.

At the end of August, 01, 2012 session, STB share price closed at 23,200 dong per share.
