SD6 gets nod for offering shares to public

Chair of State Securities Commission (SSC) has lately approved and issued the certificate of offering shares to public No 22/GCN-UBCK for Song Da 6 Joint Stock Co (coded SD6).

Accordingly, Song Da 6 would offer 1,713,900 shares with par value of 10,000 dong per share for purpose of swapping the shares of Song Da 6.04 Joint Stock Co and Song Da 6.06 Joint Stock Co.

Those shares have total value of 17.139 billion dong.

At present, Song Da 6 has chartered capital of 175.098 billion dong, with head office located in Van Khe urban area, La Khe Ward, Ha Dong Dist, Hanoi.
