Securities firm to sign cooperation agreement with KIS

Gia Quyen Securities Joint Stock Co (coded EPS) planned to ink the strategic cooperation agreement with Korea Investment & Securities Co Ltd (KIS) on December 7, 2010.

Accordingly, KIS will finish investment procedures in EPS with the owning ratio of 49 percent, raising the chartered capital of Vietnamese firm to 263 billion dong. The Korean partner will transfer the experience and management technologies to bring the most competitive stock services with best quality to Vietnamese investors and effective investment tools via improving the financial capacity, training human resources and upgrading the transaction system, as well as developing new services and upgrading database about customers.
