SGS: Announces 2012 AGM Resolution

Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company (SGS) announced its 2012 annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) resolution on May 22 with following contents:

The firm targets to earn VND6.6 billion net loss on VND151.37 revenues and no dividend payout in 2012. The figures would be VND319 million net profit on VND355.36 billion after the company sells 02 ships.

AGM approved to appoint Hasse Kjaers goard Larsen as member of Board of directors (BOD) and Nguyen Thi Kim Chuyen as member of Board of Supervisors (BOS) in 2011-2016 period.

AGM approved to choose Vietnam BDO to be auditing firm for SGS in 2012 financial year.

The firm posted a net loss of VND27.93 billion on VND153.90 billion revenues and no dividend payout in 2011.
