SHP to issue additional 8.3m shares

The UPCoM-listed Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Co (coded SHP) has lately announced that October 14 would be the registration deadline to close the shareholders list for issuing additional shares. The company will issue additional 8.3 million shares to the existing shareholders at applied ratio of 100:10.78 with offering price of 10,000 dong per share.

The ex-dividend session would be October 12, 2011.

The shareholders can register and make deposit for buying the additional shares from October 20 to November 18, 2011.

At present, the company has listed shares on UPCoM with chartered capital of 770.11 billion dong. This year, the company aimed to obtain total after tax profit of 37.5 billion dong and pay dividend at 4 percent. Last year, SHP’s whole year after tax profit was posted at 24.38 billion dong.
