Song Da 10.1 plans to increase chartered capital to 30b dong

Management board of Song Da Joint Stock Co No 10.1 (coded SNG) has announced the resolution about issuing shares to the existing shareholders in order to increase chartered capital from 19 billion dong to 30 billion dong.

It’s expected that the company will seek shareholders’ opinions about increasing the chartered capital within Sep 2009.

Meanwhile, the company’s management board has approved the business targets for the early six months of this year such as the total production output of 100.8 billion dong, revenue of 80 billion dong and profit of 10.4 billion dong.

From now up to the end of this year, SNG will continue carrying out the three hydropower plant projects of Xekaman 1, Dong Nai 4, and Dak Mi 4. In addition, the company also plans to start up the project of Dak Mi 3 hydropower plant.
