STC puts STT-coded shares into warning list

Hochiminh Stock Exchange (STC) yesterday released announcement No 603/2012/TB-SGDHCM about putting the shares of Saigon Tourist Transportation Joint Stock Co (coded STT) into warning list from June 22, 2012.

Previously, the functional authority has issued Decision No 81/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated June 19, 2012 stated that the company has violated the regulations for releasing information periodically at Section 1.2.4 Part 2 and Section 1.2 Part 4 in Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC dated January 15, 2010.
