Tadimex plans office, apartment buildings

Tan Dinh Import Export Joint Stock Co, or Tadimex, will invest US$15 million to construct a building with offices for lease at 266 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, on the way to the airport, in District 3.
Work will begin next month, and the Sacombank Office Building is scheduled to open in early 2007, said Tadimex general director Nguyen Quang Trung.
The 2,000-square-metre building will have a two-level basement for parking and 15 stories.
Sacombank, a HCM City Based major commercial bank, is a big shareholder of Tadimex.
In August, Tadimex will break ground for a US$5 million, 12-story apartment block also in District 3.
