Tax deductible expenses for hiring foreign technical services

Under Official Letter 414/TCT/DTNN dated February 1, 2005 by the General Department of Taxation (GDT), if a business signs a contract hiring foreign technical services with a foreign business partner and has already made the payment of foreign contractor taxes, all hiring expenses will considered tax deductible.
