Taxable income of goods paid by instalment

The General Department of Taxation issued Official Letter 283 TCT/DNNN dated January 20, 2005 stating that if a businesses sells goods under the form of instalment payment, taxable income from the sold goods will be defined in accordance with the price paid each time at the time of delivering the goods or presenting the sale invoices, not including the interest paid by instalment.
