Taxi drivers strike
All drivers at Vietnam Taxi Joint Venture (Vinataxi) in HCM City went on strike on February 28 demanding that the company’s board of directors dismiss the general director who was said to have “breached financial, personnel and management regulations”.
The strikers said quite a few of the company’s workers were laid off unlawfully and replaced with incompetent workers.
