Thac Ba hydropower JSC moves floor

Hanoi Stock Exchange (HX) announced that Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Co (coded TBC) decided to move listing of 63.5 million TBC coded shares from the northern bourse to the southern floor.

The delisting date is expected to be on Sep 29.

Thac Ba hydropower Joint Stock Co officially posted shares on the northern floor on August 29, 2006 with the final price on its debut session of 26,900 dong per share.

At close time of Sep 7 trading session, TBC shares reduced by 1,300 dong to 29,600 dong per share. Therefore, after three transaction years on the northern bourse, the TBC-coded share price has increased by 2,700 dong per share or over 10 percent.

It’s said that the company gained H1 revenue of 126.3 billion dong and profit after tax of 89.26 billion dong in 2009.
