Thai expo opens

Nearly eighty Thai companies and distributors of Thai goods in Vietnam are showcasing their products at Thailand Outlets & Songkran Festival, which kicked off in HCM City yesterday.
The participants are displaying healthcare products, food, wood products, fruit, fish sauce, and wine among others.
The fair at Tan Binh District’s HCM City International Exhibition and Conventions Centre has a food section served by Thai restaurants in the city. Make-up shows, Thai puppet shows, cooking shows are scheduled at the fair. Promoting Thai products in Vietnam and finding distributors for Thai products are the main targets of this fair. The fair, open until Sunday, is the annual event organised by the Thai Trade Centre since 1998.
