Three more enterprises get approval for listing shares on southern bourse

Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (STC) issued official documents on January 14, 2010 to in principle approve three firms application for listing shares on the southern floor, including TMT Automobile Joint Stock Co, South Logistics Joint Stock Co and CMC Technology Group Joint stock Co.

In details, TMT Automobile Joint Stock Co will list 12,577,500 shares and South Logistics Joint Stock Co registered for listing 8,351,857 shares.

Previously, CMC Group Joint Stock Co (coded CMG) received official approval from Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (STC) on January 13 for listing 63,536,267 shares with offered price of 10, 000 dong per share, equal to total share value of over 635 billion dong.
