Three new real estate projects worth 1.7tr dong in HCM City introduced

Over 600 investors participated in a ceremony held at Him Lam Building, Binh Thach dist, HCM City to acquaint themselves about the construction projects of three new high buildings to be conducted in the near future. The total investment value of these projects was posted at 1.7 trillion dong.

The first project is of Babylon Residence in Thu Duc dist, HCM City with investment capital of 600 billion dong. The main investors were Dat Xanh Real Property Construction and Services Joint Stock Co and Dat Gia Co, each company would contribute 50 percent of the capital. The project would be built on a site of 28,280 square metres with 624 units, which would also have 34 four-storey detached houses with garden and 590 apartments. The sales price for the first 100 apartments (75-154 square metres) was posted at 14.5 million dong per square metre upwards, VAT exclusive and to be paid flexibly in eight courses. There would be five banks to offer loans for the purchasers up to 70-75 percent of the total value in the period of 15-25 years.

The second project was The Morning Plaza, located on National Highway No 13, Binh Thanh dist, HCM City with main investor of Hong Ha Investment and Development Joint Stock Co. The project, with total capital of 650 billion dong, would include 18-storey building with 203 high-class apartments.

The third project was Sun View Apartment in Thu Duc dist, HCM City, invested mainly by Dat Xanh Co. The project would be built on a total area of 16,000 square metres and includes two 15-storey blocks with 448 apartments.
