Tienphongbank to issue bonus shares

The State Securities Commission (SSC) received the registration for bonus shares issuance of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Tienphongbank). Accordingly, the bank will issue 25 million bonus shares for existing shareholders at 14.29 percent ratio.

The commission announced August 20 as latest record date and August 24 as payment date. The shares for existing shareholders will be rounded off and the balance share from the round will be offered to other customers at par (minimum price).

The bank has 1.750 trillion dong of chartered capital and has head office at FPT building, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
